Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.
When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, the order will be confirmed via email. Our typical shipping time is within 48 business hours. Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday, from 8am to 5pm (EST). We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and on major Holidays
Do you take returns?
Products may be returned to ChatterLures for replacement or refund in the following manner: Request for a product return must be made to ChatterLures within 7 days of the invoice date. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
