Refund and Returns Policy
Products may be returned to ChatterLures for replacement or refund in the following manner: Request for a product return must be made to ChatterLures within 7 days of the invoice date. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Before returning any item, you must contact us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without return authorization. All returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the return authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns, both to and from you.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in “as-new” condition in original packaging and the return authorization visible on the package.

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
